My new project :) 
cherry tomatoes, basil, parsley, lettuce, celery, and a calla lily. And I'm having no problems with slugs the way I do at home!

I wish that I had had a balcony or space for a few plants. I am now looking for a place to live in Melbourne... It MUST have some land for a garden!
PS... I is going to be so hard to break the "Let's ~ing" habit when I get home. I hope people still understand me.
Just be careful. If you talk to your plants, make sure no one is watching.

Laura the Garden Queen... i am sure you are nesting!!!! josh will have to come to japan to be your live-in gardener!!!
The great thing about plants in Japan is that you rarely have to water them because of all the humidity.
